STIEFEL Gas Combustion System Enables Green Shift for Tobacco Firm

STIEFEL partnered with Guangdong Jinye Technology, a tobacco company, for a green upgrade project. Guangdong Jinye wanted to improve production efficiency and reduce emissions. By choosing STIEFEL's ultra-low NOx combustion system, they aimed for a greener and more efficient operation, setting a new standard for sustainability in the tobacco sector.

STIEFEL provided a custom gas combustion system solution for Guangdong Jinye's steam boilers. This included split-type electronic ratio ultra-low NOx burners for three 8t/h and one 4t/h boilers. The system achieved NOx emissions under 30mg/Nm³, meeting strict requirements while ensuring stable and efficient performance for their production lines.

The project's success demonstrates STIEFEL's expertise in complete gas combustion systems for green transformation. Guangdong Jinye reported improved efficiency, cost savings, and stable, safe operations.
